REFINANCE

1. The ‘Refinance’ Rewards apply to both:

a. Legal Fee Rebate - Participating Banks

  • Legal Fee Subsidy/Rebate is provided by participating banks and may be removed at any point of time

  • A minimum loan amount applies depending on the terms of participating banks

b. Cash Reward - DollarBack Mortgage

  • As per table above

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • Successfully applies, receives approval and accepts the offer for a ‘Refinance’

  • Clearly lists ‘DollarBack Ventures’ as a referrer on their bank application

3. If you are Eligible, you will receive:

  • Legal Fee Rebate - As per the T&Cs from participating banks which will be informed to you by a DollarBack Mortgage Consultant at point of application.

  • Cash Bonus - Within 1 to 2 months from the acceptance date of your Letter Of Offer via a cash voucher to the address provided to us unless otherwise stated

NEW HOME LOAN

1. ‘Voucher’ Rewards are limited to:
  • Takashimaya Vouchers

  • Capitaland Vouchers

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • Successfully applies, receives approval and accepts the offer for a ‘New Home Loan’

  • Clearly lists ‘DollarBack Ventures’ as a referrer on their bank application

  • Discounted Legal Fees - Utilise preferred conveyancing law firm indicated by a DollarBack Mortgage Consultant

3. If you are eligible, you will receive:

Terms and conditions

Does DollarBack Mortgage charge any fees?

We do not charge any fees to our clients as we are remunerated directly from over 16 banks in Singapore for a successful mortgage application.

Can I provide documents to the bank directly?

Yes, absolutely. We respect your privacy concerns and are fully compliant with personal data protection measures. Just let our mortgage consultant know that you prefer to provide your documents to the assigned banker directly.

Do I need a HDB valuation report for a home loan?

Yes but it is only applicable to a new HDB purchase and not a refinancing.

Can CPF funds cover conveyancing legal fees and property stamp duties?

Yes, most definitely. You can use the CPF funds available in your OA account to fully pay for legal and stamp duty fees.

Are your partner law firms on the bank’s panel as well as CPF board?

Yes. Our partner law firms will act for the bank, CPF board and yourself. There will be no need to engage any other law firms on your end.
